This License Agreement ("License") governs the use of music purchased or downloaded from Epic Sound ("Licensor"). By purchasing or downloading any track, you ("Licensee") agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant
Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the music track in personal and commercial projects.
You may use the music in:

✔ Video games (commercial or non-commercial)
✔ Mobile apps and software
✔ Films, short films, and animations
✔ Trailers and promotional videos
✔ Online videos (YouTube, Twitch, social media)
✔ Advertising and marketing content
✔ Presentations and multimedia projects
No additional royalties, performance fees, or recurring payments are required.

2. Ownership
All music remains the intellectual property and copyright of Epic Sound.
This License grants usage rights only — ownership is not transferred.

3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
✖ Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music as a standalone file
✖ Share the original audio file outside your project team
✖ Upload the track to music libraries, streaming platforms, or marketplaces
✖ Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the music
✖ Use the music in NFTs or AI training datasets

4. Modification
You may edit the music to fit your project (cutting, looping, mixing with other sounds).
However, you may not create derivative tracks intended for resale.

5. Content ID & Copyright Claims
Epic Sound does not register tracks in systems that intentionally claim user content.
If a platform mistakenly flags the music, your purchase receipt serves as proof of license.
​
6. Proof of License
Your purchase receipt and order confirmation email are your official proof of license.
Keep this documentation in case verification is required.

7. Free Downloads
Free tracks are covered by the same license unless otherwise stated, but attribution may be required.
​
8. Termination
This license is automatically revoked if the Licensee violates these terms.
​
9. Liability
Epic Sound is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the music.
